Usage
The Toothbrush Shiv is used for beating up other characters in the game. It is the same as having a Comb Shiv. It can also be asked in certain favours. However, the Toothbrush Shiv is not recommended as a weapon due to its extremely low stats. Several non-contraband weapons (many are available in The Escapists 2) have the same stats as this, making it obsolete.
Obtaining
The Toothbrush Shiv is one of the easiest weapons to get, as it can be "crafted" simply by using a 
Toothbrush on any wall.
It can also be obtained from inmate's inventories once you've beat them up.
