The Rock Hammer is the key item that is required to escape the Fort Tundra prison using "Rock Hammer Hard Place" way. It can be used to chip through the sewer entrance, a large stone disk near the statue in the south courtyard. It chips 50% of the cover per use and degrades a small amount.
