Paris Central Pen is one of the Bonus Content prisons in The Escapists. It was released on February 16th, 2016.

Strategies
Paris Central Pen has a zipline point on the roof of the prison to the northeast. This is the only way to escape, as the perimeter wall is too thick to chip through, and there's reinforced blocks underneath the prison, preventing tunnelling. The only way to use the zipline point is with a 
Zipline Hook, and so you will need one of those before you can escape.
Crafting the Zipline Hook requires:

You will need:
Flimsy Cutters or higher (If you have not cut the vent and slats open in advance, you will need 
Lightweight Cutters at least)
Flimsy Pickaxe or higher
Guard Outfit (Optional)
Any type of food to lower fatigue (Optional)
To prepare in advance, you will need to cut or unscrew the vent in your cell, and then a set of slats immediately afterwards. Once these are both sorted out, it is just a matter of acquiring the list of items above.
On the night of your escape, place the 
Bed Dummy in your bed and take off the 
Fake Vent Cover (Prepare a second one in advance, if you feel it's about to break) and then replace it when you're in the vent layer. If you haven't done so yet, cut or unscrew the slats right after your vent. (If you haven't done this yet, you may need Lightweight Cutters instead, in order to make it the whole way). Follow the vents around and put on your Guard Outfit, if you have one. There should be a ladder to the roof. Climb up it, and you will be on a pedestal in the middle of the roof. Be careful, as there are searchlights sweeping the roof around this pedestal, and they will detect you if you don't have a guard outfit on. Make your way northeast of this roof section, and there should be a metal beam connecting to another roof. Go along it.
Down below, there should be grass, an electrified fence, and concrete. Use your 
Sheet Rope/
Length of Rope and rappel down onto the grass. Next, go along the perimeter of the prison all the way to the northwest. Once you're at the top-left of the prison courtyard, head down until you see a small room with a ladder leading up. Use your pickaxe to chip down a section of the wall so you can get inside. Place the wall block back in the hole after you're through, in case any patrolling officers happen to wander in this direction. Now climb the ladder and you'll be back on the roof.
Follow the metal beams to another fence. Follow that along until you reach the north side of the fence, and then use the cutters to get through that section (This is why you'd need Lightweight Cutters, if you didn't deal with the slats in advance). You can leave the hole there, since you're escaping now. One you're through the fence, you should be able to head right. There is one last searchlight sweeping that section of the roof. Head right and get past it, and you should see the zipline start. Use your Zipline Hook on it, and you'll zipline out of the prison. The game will end once you land on the adjoining roof.
Alternate escape method
You will need:
Any Unscrewing Tool for the preparation.
Lightweight Pickaxe or higher
Guard Outfit or Infirmary Overalls(Optional but help a lot)
Any type of food to lower fatigue (Optional).
1) Cut the Vent Cover in your cell with any Unscrewing Tool and cover the opening with a Fake Vent Cover. Hide here your countraband items.
2) Cut the Fence close to your room. You will have access to a ladder at North-East to up on the roof.
3) At the night of your escape, put your Bed Dummy on your bed and go to the Ventilation system take your escape items. You must to have in your invetory: Zipline Hook, Sheet Rope, Lightweight Pickaxe or higher, food (optional). Put your Guard Outfit or Infirmary Overalls on. If you haven't one of them, you will must to circumvent the Spotlights.
4) Go to the ladder at North-East and climb it to go on the roof. Now go to the South-West ; You will find a cable which takes you towards a fence. DON'T CUT THIS FENCE and jump the cable.
5) At North-West, you will see a room closed with 2 doors with white locks. Take your Lightweight pickaxe and chip 2 wall blocks for can go in the room. Plug holes with the wall block you just recover.
6) Climb the ladder. You're again on the roof. Walk on the roof and the cables. You will find a small part if roof with a fence. DON'T CUT THE FENCE and use your Sheet Rope to cross the wall. Now go to the East ; You will see a cable, and at the end of the cable, you will find a Zipline. Take it with your Zipline Hook and you are FREE!!!
