Usage
Wrapping Paper is an exclusive item to the Santa's Sweatshop DLC prison, and in The Escapists 2, Santa's Shakedown and Snow Way Out. This item is used to craft Presents, the third item to put on the tree. In The Escapists 2, it is used to craft the Xmace.

This item can be found in the room to the right of the mess hall in the Santa's Sweatshop DLC prison.
In TE2, any desk in Santa's Shakedown and Snow Way Out can yield this item.
