Usage
Shears are an item found in The Escapists that is very useful in getting opinions up. It raises the opinion of the inmate that you are giving it to by 30.
Obtaining
Shears can be found in inmates desks. It is not known if they can be bought from inmates.
Notes
They can also be found on Banned Camp on the console and mobile versions of the game.
