Wearing anything other than this will make your heat rise gradually, and wearing nothing will make your heat rise very quickly.If you get knocked out and you were not wearing anything or wearing something else you will wake up with the normal outfit. Can be upgraded into 
Plated Inmate Outfit or 
Cushioned Inmate Outfit or 
Padded Inmate Outfit.
