Usage
Normally, it cannot be found in inmate desks. However, if you undertake "The Conductor" quest, it might spawn in a random inmate desk. Giving the guitar to "The Conductor" will resolve the quest and earn you 25 coins.
Obtaining
It can only be found in inmate desks if you are undertaking the favour.
