Can be used in making a Glass Shank, a powerful weapon. This item only exists in the PC version of TE1, but in TE2, it is available on all platforms and is also used to craft the Makeshift Spear. It will be confiscated.

Can be found in inmate's desk or in an inmate's inventory.
