Vines are an item in The Escapists that can be found in inmate's desk or in the pockets of a knocked out inmate or officer. This item is very rare. It is exclusive to Jungle Compound. This item is contraband on Console and Mobile. The use of this item is not yet known. Giving it to an inmate will not affect their opinion
