Usage
The Comb is used in the crafting recipes for the Comb Blade and Molten Plastic And is very common in desks or on knocked out inmates and up for sale often. By using a comb on a wall you can make a Comb Shiv which is a contraband weapon.

The Comb is found inside every inmate's desk.
