Bulbs are an exclusive item to the Santa's Sweatshop DLC prison. This item is used to craft Fairy Lights, the second thing to put on the tree.Found behind the building where the christmas tree is.

This item can be found in the crate to the top left of his workshop in the Santa's Sweatshop DLC.
